How It Started

From the Casino Floor to Your Event

Jackpot Wings was founded by Rahul Pala and Sunderani Sharma, partners who met at school in 2022, went to university together and discovered a shared obsession with food and cooking.

During university, they both worked part-time at a casino. They fell in love with everything about it, the atmosphere, the excitement, the energy of the room, the high stakes, the chips, the cards. It became more than just a job.

In 2024, they combined both passions and launched Jackpot Wings: a mobile catering business serving crispy fried wings with bold, creative flavours. On their very first day at a market, they sold out completely.

Based in East London, Jackpot Wings now travels all over the UK, bringing the flavour and the atmosphere wherever they go.

Co-Founder

Rahul is the tech brain behind Jackpot Wings, from building the website to keeping operations running smoothly. He co-created the menu, brings bold ideas to the table and adds that final pinch of finesse onto every wing.

Sunderani Sharma

Co-Founder

Sunderani keeps Jackpot Wings growing, managing finances, running social media and co-creating the flavours that keep people coming back. She brings the same energy to the kitchen as she does to everything else she puts her mind to.
